Very happy, I had Brite & Sons install a waterline in on of the out buildings on my property, now I have easy access to water and don’t have to run such a long hose anytime I need to do things around the yard. Definitely would recommend, he was very professional and takes pride in his work.

I had an ejector pump go bad in a 10’ deep tank in the back yard with only a 20” opening at grade that reduced to a 14” opening at the tank, they dug down 3’ feet all the way around the opening by hand so the machine they could have used wouldn’t destroy my rain soak lawn. His quote was $2000 including a new pump then only charged me $1800, I still gave them the $2000. Young plumbing wanted $3400 for the same job and would only do it with the machine that destroys your lawn to dig and that also did not include a new pump, that was $350 extra. They did an exceptional job and I won’t use anyone else for now on. I highly recommend this family owned business.

The owner, Nick, arrived with short notice to solve a water problem. He replaced a water pressure tank, repaired or replaced all the extras: gauges, piping, etc. He checked in to ensure all was well, and built a new well tank cover with a new and more efficient design. He made sure all refuse was cut into manageable sizes for me, and even noticed dead branches of a tree interfering with refuse placement and cut back the limbs so I could manage everything myself. He was professional and solved big problems creatively.

Nick and his apprentice were polite and quick with great work! I can't thank them enough, me and my family were really in a bind, no hot water and a leak I couldn't find. They were able to find the leak replace the pipe in no time. A hot shower never felt so good, not to mention I asked about the shower pressure being poor in my master bedroom shower, he fixed that too! Thank you Bright and Sons would recommend and use again!

Very professional,polite and quick service! Nick was able to come out and do a repair right away. He got in our crawl space and inspected all of our pipes and fixed our gas leak. Once again,very professional ,prompt and through. Afterwards, we had to have Nipsco come out and turn our gas back on and the inspector said whoever we had out to do repairs did really great work! I would use Nick everytime!
